they're advertising a $3 on mayonnaise. Terrible Coupon Book.

Probably the worst coupon book I've seen in years. At this point they're just trying to keep the coupon idea alive until inflation subsides and they can offer some real deals again.

Is Costco TP any good? I use Amazon S&S to get 3ply Northern. Do they have anything comparable?
Kirkland TP is 2-ply but I like it better than anything else I've tried. We've been buying Kirkland TP pretty much exclusively for the better part of a decade now.

I wish they'd bring back POM juice instead of Kirkland's maroon water.
Amen, picked some up thinking this was POM, but tastes bitter, not the same.

I brought this up in the warehouse before, they suggested that submitting product requests on costco.com and specifying your store is the best way to recommend bringing things back, and that they allegedly do consider..

Better than many run of the mill sets sold at departmental stores such as American Tourister etc. Not absolute high end. But decent in the middle. Ofcourse they also have budget range all the way up to pricier ones. You'd be better off searching for that specific model.

Hope it helps.
In 2009, American Tourister was acquired by Astrum International, which also owns Samsonite.

Thanks for sharing. Goes on to show how consolidation takes place in industries with little innovation but that require Capex and companies continue to operate different brands with separate branding, positioning and quality standards in the market to create artificial choices for the customers.

Speaking of Primal Kitchen I saw buffalo sauce at CostCo B&M today, I think it was $16.99 for two large bottles. I wonder if it's any good.

We like it a lot. Similar to Hooters wing sauce in taste and appearance, so not a "traditional" wing sauce IMHO, but still very good.

I agree. Unless something is on sale I have found more of a selection of flavors on things like yogurt for the same price at other retailers. I get better deals on tires from DiscountTire. For the most part Kirkland products are a good value. Gas at Costco isn't always the cheapest. Costco is ehhh
+1 on Discount Tires. They also are much more lenient than Costco on honoring the tire tread wear warranty. Costco gave me a bunch of BS about uneven tire wear last time I purchased from them. YMMV...

I think it's funny that so many people think that inflation is the reason prices have gone up so much. If inflation is the cause, how is it that so many corporations are reporting record profits? In some cases (usually for smaller companies) this may be the case, but for many this is mostly down to plain ol' greed. The American consumer is being fleeced, plain and simple.
Most companies set prices on a PERCENTAGE of the cost of the goods. Costs go up, and the profit in DOLLARS increases for the company.

Yup. Also, Costco wouldn't allow me to change the tire size if I was going to the smaller oem tire size that matched a smaller oem rim. I was trying to purchase some take-off rims from someone on Craigslist that came from the same year make/model. They said their computer doesn't show the tire/rim as stock for my sub model

Still waiting for the good old days members only saving offers
I wouldn't hold your breath. I'm only going for meat, eggs and gasoline these days. All my Samsung TV's died off and were replaced with LG and Sony, so won't need a TV for a while. Bought tires already recently, so I'll just have to swap my car battery again just before the "due" date. It always seems to <cough> die just before.

Hi, something to note: I just got my offer book via postal mail: some items are not in the scanned version or this scan maybe is missing a few pages.

Costco employee here. Just give it to your friend and just have them go through the checkout. Maybe have them buy a few things so it doesn't raise any eyebrows (then cash the check in a separate transaction), but I've never heard of anyone really checking the name on the certificate.
This may be the protocol at your specific store, but in several northern CA sites, the cashier matches the certificate's name with the Costco card ID (Visa card or regular member card) and if it doesn't match, they will ask for another form of ID. Maybe for $24 or $48 they look the other way, but mine has been over $100+ and they have asked verification every single time for the past couple of years.

That's just what I was wondering. For less than half the price of Genova, I'm gonna find out!
