I learned from previous poster's. Use app to add one more item to meet $10, process to checkout but wait before substitute. Now use website browser to remove the additional item. Back to app, continue to substitution step and now you can pickup the item under $10.

It's not allowing me to remove the items, keeps throwing the error "Error, Try again". Tried different browsers, different laptop, IOS App....

Works for me as well. On the app right before you put in your credit card information. Open up the browser and remove the filler from cart. Then go back to the app and put in your credit card information and pay, it should come out to $0.00.

question. when did Walgreens no longer allow the ability to pay with Walgreens cash and still earn Walgreens cash? I just ordered $27 worth of items and the website said I would earn $8.60 in Walgreens cash. After I added my payment info and then ordered using my $5 in Walgreens cash it changed my earnings to $0.02. The confirmation page said that items paid with Walgreens cash are not eligible to earn. I did not find this statement prior to paying. At this point I am frustrated and want to cancel the order but that is not an option via the website.

It depends on the offer. For any offer related to quantity ("buy 2 of x, get $4 Wags cash") it doesn't matter if you used wags to purchase. For these offers in the app, it will show $0 wags earned on checkout, but you will still receive the wags after purchase.

For any offer that refers to dollar amount ("spend $x on x, get $4 Wags cash") those have long been ineligible if you use wags to purchase.

The Walgreens Cash you earned (for some reason) doesn't show when you complete the purchase online, nor does it show on your receipt when you pick it up in store. But look in the app on your phone right after you pick it up, and it will be there.
