The other post featured both models; one without a fingerprint scanner and one with a fingerprint scanner. The one with the scanner is about $40 more than the one without.
I don't know if anyone is familiar with Lock picking Lawyer on YouTube but there is a video of him opening one of these with the simplest technique in just a few seconds.

I also have that newer version and it's been fantastic so far. Reads our finger prints easily, which is super convenient. Able to set separate codes for close friends or in-laws (when unfortunately necessary).
Also set it to auto-lock after the door has been used and left unlocked for 15 minutes. I turn that off when we have a get-together and expect more guests, but it saves me the time of locking the door whenever my wife forgets to. I think I used Ring for this particular setting.

But if a thief wants to break into your place, they'll do it no matter what lock is on your door

Smart deadbolts are handy if you have guests since you can give them codes to enter. This one even automatically unlocks if you're arriving home.
