Reviews on Amazon seem to support very satisfied purchasers. I like the low impact, light weight experience. The ones I have bought I would call cheap in that they are pretty much leatherless, but smart design. They are not like an Ecco shoe quality. Can't comment on the customer service for I never had to contact them.

I love Skechers but their relaxed fit just don't work for me. Would definitely check these out if not for that.

These are actually for hiking. I would suggest the slipper line for a good relax fit

I added a valentines day reeses bar for $1 to activate free shipping. They're making me pick the candy bar up in the store within 4 days (by then my shoes should have been delivered), but I may just abandon it to be honest.
