Just fyi, the ingredients list includes biotin, which can screw up blood tests. I had to do a couple months of extra doctor's appointments and blood work after my annual tests showed thyroid issues, until one doc told me to stop drinking protein shakes for two weeks and the tests came back normal.

This is a grab and go - 30g of protein and made to have a minimal impact on your blood sugar levels. I'm taking this because a medication I'm currently taking makes me nauseous. This helps tremendously with the nausea. Most diabetics and obese people trying to keep their blood sugar levels down benefit greatly from these shakes

Biotin is vitamin B7. This product does not contain a massive amount (20% rda). It is also found in milk, beef, pork, fish, eggs, avocados, sweet potatoes, bananas, nuts, seeds, cereals, and mushrooms. It would be extremely difficult and unwise to avoid. The levels suspected to interfere with lab results are roughly 150 times what this contains.

I didn't say avoid it. I said be aware it can throw your tests off. I just make sure not to drink shakes with biotin for a week before having a blood test. Trying to save people the money I spent on unnecessary medical tests. 🤷 ♂️

It was helpful thanks… for most tests they tell you to not eat anything day before etc. the blood tests are very sensitive to what you eat
