Just fyi, the ingredients list includes biotin, which can screw up blood tests. I had to do a couple months of extra doctor's appointments and blood work after my annual tests showed thyroid issues, until one doc told me to stop drinking protein shakes for two weeks and the tests came back normal.

This is a grab and go - 30g of protein and made to have a minimal impact on your blood sugar levels. I'm taking this because a medication I'm currently taking makes me nauseous. This helps tremendously with the nausea. Most diabetics and obese people trying to keep their blood sugar levels down benefit greatly from these shakes

I drink a shake with the same amount of biotin everyday and it has never caused an issue with blood tests, so I guess YMMV. I do find it difficult that the biotin was solely responsible for the errors but the body and blood tests are fickle things

This shake does not have anywhere near enough biotin to affect a blood test. That takes supplementing to roughly 1 milligram. This shake contains 6.2 MICROgrams. It would take over 150 a day to reach those levels. Taking an actual supplement with biotin, such as a multivitamin certainly could put you over that limit and affect blood work but this product is basically a whole food source without ADDED biotin.
