If I'm on the Amazon delivery trucks route it's because I paid money to be when I bought something from them. If I buy something delivered from AutoZone, I've already paid for the delivery service as part of my purchase. I'm for paying higher prices, within reason, if it directly translates to higher base pay for employees. I am 100% against subsidizing cheap ass employers who short-change their workers and decide it's the customers job to make up the difference. And if the customer doesn't then the problem is the customer. Yeah, that's B.S. no question.

Tipping "culture" here is insulting and ridiculous. I see tip jars/cups absolutely everywhere now, in many places they have no business being. Tips are supposed to be gratitude for providing service above and beyond. A person simply doing their job isn't justification. In the US you don't even need a job anymore. Just stand by the stop light and ask for free money. In fact, you don't even have to ask. Just hold a sign and stare at people stuck at the red light until they fork over their cash.

Btw, I find it interesting how quick people are to tip a person delivering something they've already paid for, or for pouring a cup of coffee, or making food you paid to be prepared for you... Yet teachers, who play a far more important role in society, make shit wages and I don't see anyone rushing to tip them. I can say the same for the healthcare workers in long-term care facilities too, taking care of our most senior members people can't be bothered with. But I'm supposed to feel bad for the guy delivering an AutoZone order? Bad news, I don't.

Tipping is always optional. Do you tip Amazon drivers when they deliver items you ordered? I don't see any difference between that and AutoZone delivery.

I think its worse when the credit card processors ask you to choose a tip at fast food restaurants. You feel if you decline they will give less attention to your food.

Worth putting in your order if showing available. I ordered 3 boxes of XL and 2 boxes of medium. Ready for pickup.

Lol no you don't have to tip. The tip thing has been jammed down our throats too much already…instead of business owners paying a better wage, we get stuck paying it. Where does it stop we pay the taxes to make our money we pay the taxes to spend it and places are trying to guilt us into paying tips for almost everything now…for takeout? Yeah, maybe if it's an involved order or something. It's just getting disgusting it really is.
Tipping has gotten way out of control. Stuffing it down our throat has made me less likely to tip.Ill NEVER tip for takeout though!

Are these any good? Do they rip as soon as you put em on?
Any good? Depends on what you're doing with them. Checking blood pressure or keeping your hands clean wiping your ass? Sure. Working on cars? No, not really unless you're changing them very frequently. But they don't rip upon installation on the fingers and hands. As someone who works for a competitor and also carry these gloves (also clearance pricing ATM), we started carrying these trash gloves when covid hit and everyone decided it was cool to get nitrile and latex gloves at the auto parts stores during covid when no one else had them. Dwindled our stock of good gloves so we acquired these and no one buys them at the outrages price of $35 unless you're a shop and fry a deep discount on them. As far as the reason a lot are being cancelled, employees picking your order sees a clearance item, they cancel your order and they scoop up clearance inventory before most customers see any of it unfortunately. Unless the manager is just poor at keeping inventory. It's not Walmart so there's not many preventative measures on these sort of things.

I think Walmart does the same thing

Where are you seeing $25? They are $38
Just was at a warehouse, price was $24.99, online I think they are $33.99 - if you are a member
