Gum disease, periodonitis, etc. no flossing not brushing his tongue or teeth. This crap never worked me for me. Best you can do is to drink a lot of water, chew gum to keep mouth moist, brush your tongue, floss, brush teeth and stay away from soda, coffee, and tea.
I feel like this is better than Listerine. Doesn't burn as much.
Was 10.03 in June of 2020. So seems decent all things considering. Good product.

I should get this for a coworker of mine. His breath smells like he ate a turd. In all seriousness though, not sure what causes that? Maybe his gums are infected or something. Its nasty.

Probably some combination of old food stuck in the very back teeth, not flossing, not brushing enough, not getting regular dental cleanings, and general poor health (apparently a big source of bad breath is your throat, which is why this product suggests you gargle with it too).

Might also be keto breath or some gum condition.
Or maybe he just has a dead tooth. The smell is awful
