The $30 closing fee only applies to 'Charged Off' accounts AKA accounts in delinquency. There should be no fee (that I can see in their fee schedules) for closing an account. You should be plenty fine to just close the account after you get the promo cash.

They told me same. Go to local branch, which is horse crap. They should be able to unlock over the phone. I was just checking to see the 50 bucks was showing in the account. They surely to it out of my main account on a digital transfer. Luckily I have one next to my work I will visit later today. Not a good way to build a customer base.

I was finally able to fix this! I have a Pi-hole on my network, which serves as an ad blocker for the whole house. Once I temporarily disabled this, I was able to get past this error message.

If you have any type of an ad blocker, try turning it off. If you're using any weird DNS, try a generic one.

Exact same thing happened, except promo was deleted and when asked associate to reenter it she said they can't manually do it.

They deleted my $100 deposit that was made 3 days ago via bank transfer and for which I got a successful transfer email from them. Pretty sure they also erased the promo code from my account as well. Anyone know how can I add $100 to this bank online. Unlocked my locked account today and trying to figure out how to deposit some funds to my account online.

This is the worst of the banks I have dealt so far.
