Better - can be connected via Bluetooth so you don't have to use the little receiver (but still can if you prefer).

This is my all-time favorite mouse!

Thank you! Did that as well via Target chat. Used Target GC as well. Free shipping b/c of Red Card (vs OD no free ship unless $45 or more)

Looks like the m575 added Bluetooth and an improved max DPI of 2000 vs 1400 on the 570. The design was also changed to make it look more modern, but according to the linked review, not as ergonomic.

Bluetooth addition is nice. One less thing to connect or to take up a USB port

But still that click button issue right? That is still not improved?

been using some form of Logitech Trackball Marble / Trackball mouse since last millennium and never looked back at regular mice or track pads. Still have a "tailed rodent" on the desktop.
Only complaint about the dongle - it must be close to the mouse. When it gets obscured by a sit/stand desk structure, it sometimes does not work at its best (still does, just not ideal).

Personal preference, I'm not a fan of thumb-controlled trackballs. The thumb doesn't offer as fine motor control as the fore and middle fingers. I used a Logitech Marble Mouse for years until the left click was no longer clicky. Unfortunately, it seems Logitech no longer offers any new fingertip-actuated trackballs, only thumb. These days I use an Elecom Deft Pro and find it supremely comfortable.

If you're looking to break into using a trackball, then thumb bad. Hold out for a fingertip ball of some sort. Then again, I'm just one plebeian among thousands here. Not sure whether anyone else would agree....

have a number of trackman marble+ from years ago that are starting to not roll as smoothly no matter what i try to clean / lube them. those had the click button issue, I bought third party switches and replaced them and no longer had the issue. requires some soldering to remove and replace. videos on youtube.

also got a price match with target, called in for it. free ship and 5% discount with redcard. good deal.

May be YMMV, but Chase Ultimate Freedom offers 10% CB plus 1.5% on the purchase.
