YETI SB115 C-SERIES C2 BIKE 2022
FOR LONG RACE DAYS OR FUN
Trail bikes are incredibly capable on the singletrack. These bikes are able to descend with confidence, handle the technical terrain, and climb efficiently. Whether you're racing or just having fun, you'll love to ride a Yeti SB115 C-Series C2 Bike. The SB115 comes with an all-new linkage that adds travel and capability while maintaining Yeti's desired geometry. It has a C-Series carbon frame that uses 130mm of travel on the front and 115mm of travel on the rear. The frame has a new swingarm for improved clearance and threaded Switch Infinity rails with locking nuts. The frame also features an uninterrupted seat tube for longer dropper post compatibility, Boost spacing, internal cable routing, and an in-frame water bottle mount.
The C2 version of the Yeti SB115 C-Series Bike comes with a SRAM GX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain. This includes a cassette that has a hill-crushing 10-52T gear range that makes climbing and pedaling through rough terrain a breeze. SRAM G2 R 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide exceptional stopping power so you can descend with confidence. DT Swiss M1900 wheels are paired with Maxxis tires that can be set up tubeless for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats. With the Fox Transfer Dropper Post, you'll be able to quickly lift and lower your saddle with the press of a lever.

Unsold inventory at this time of year does point to more sales to come as supply chains return to normal and people start spending less — although there's also pent-up demand from the last two years so it'll be interesting to see how it plays out for other brands and price levels.

With all that said: I'd wait for a better deal... 25% off last year's model that was just updated/ phased out isn't a large enough discount to spring for.

Here is the reference video that you must need to clean and regrease the SIL after riding.

Just watched the video: The guy opens by saying he neglected to maintain the system. Good data point.
And no dentist here. I bought the SB5.5 for 30% off in 2018 (end of season/model sale) at my local LBS. Fantastic bike.
My Santa Cruz has grease ports for the pivot bearings and links. You can grease them every few months or you can ignore them for about 2 seasons and then replace. Everything on a bike requires some maintenance.
My YT requires a full tear down of each pivot to clean and lube the bearings. Nothing's easy.
(Just kidding peeps)
