Gonna quote a user from that thread on runtimes (using a 4AH battery, so ~ halve them for the 2AH battery)



Since it's "hybrid", that means there's a male plug underneath where the battery goes in, so you can plug an extension cord into it and into the wall to run it off normal house outlet power.

site is getting slammed, checkout is very slow. also, im sure this has been discussed, but exactly what does "factory reconditioned" mean in the case of batteries?

That means used batteries that may or may not look slightly beat up, and the warranty is shorter and not eligible for LSA in the case of Ridgid. It's a complete gamble with DTOs factory reconditioned tools. Factory blemished essentially is identical to brand new and never used/opened and has full warranty.
