Since it's "hybrid", that means there's a male plug underneath where the battery goes in, so you can plug an extension cord into it and into the wall to run it off normal house outlet power.

I was using chrome and kept failing. Moved to safari and was able to complete the checkout without problems. try switching to another browser. If you are logged in your cart will stay intact in another browser as well once you login again.
Just now went back and bought again, only took a few minutes.
