IMO, the best deal is the two pack of 4Ah batteries for $48.

Get the fan; it's a really good deal. That's the newer model from this deal:
https://slickdeals.net/f/15951505-2-pack-ryobi-one-18v-4-0-ah-compact-battery-charger-kit-one-hybrid-fan-99-free-shipping

Except instead of 2x 4AH battery + charger for $99, it's 1x 2AH battery + charger for $30.
Gonna quote a user from that thread on runtimes (using a 4AH battery, so ~ halve them for the 2AH battery)

Since it's "hybrid", that means there's a male plug underneath where the battery goes in, so you can plug an extension cord into it and into the wall to run it off normal house outlet power.

It's a great deal. I had this one for a few years and never let me down. Plenty of power for home owner projects.
The 3600 psi one I recently bought from DTO is super powerful (just tried it for first time) but it leaks like crazy from the triplex pump and a bolt was missing as well … waiting to hear back from them how they handle this

I must agree. I have purchased hundreds of items - many for resale - and not once has a blemished tool arrived any differently than it would from Home Depot. Same exact experience with recons. Got lucky a couple times I ordered but they were reckless with packaging and shipping. Hope that helps someone.
Guess u never purchased a gas pressure washer from DTO? Mine came in generic box 📦

i have this one and its solid. i was surprised with the power considering its 18v. I use a HP 4ah battery with it though.

I made a mistake on my order. Anyone here know how to cancel? I sent them an email but I don't have high hopes.

OMG... This is by far the BEST deal I've ever seen for DTO. Phenomenal prices and free shipping is RARE! I thought I had every Ryobi tool I could possibly need but who knew I'd be able to find over $200 more (after 40% off blemished discount) of Ryobi stuff I never thought I would need! I don't comment often but this deal is just too damn slick!
years ago you could get dto deals about half price from what you pay in this deal. pre covid inflation garbage, the same stuff was much better priced. dto has also raised the prices on just about everything to be just about double as their normal price. so with this deal, you are getting stuff maybe 10 percent off their normal price from 3 years back at best.

I have been looking at chainsaws and the common detractor Ive seen on ryobi is that there cutting blade is shorter "usable" length relatively. So, I have held off and am opting to get bigger.
the 40v ryobi chainsaws are oil starved and you cant increase it. you are good for about 3 cuts, then your blade dulls due to insufficient bar lube. its a terrible design. power is about a 38cc gas saw but who cares when it is total junk.

Any of them should be fine for lug nuts on passenger cars and light trucks.

Avoid my mistake and just grabbed the one with the highest torque, it is the size of most 3/4 inch air guns and is not light. It does work good on swapping trailer hitch balls.
i have an original not brushless ryobi 1/2 impact from about 8 or 9 years back. its less torque than the newer ones but has had no trouble doing lug nuts or literally anything ive needed it to do. just used it with a 1 1/16 socket to loosen my water heater anode rod bolt. it was totally rusted solid. it took a minute but it did get it loose. my 3 foot breaker bar could not budge it.

Too easy to get caught up in everything that's on sale. Walked away with two clip fans for my sons stroller during the summer. ✌️

Any leaf blower??
the 40v ryobi blower is good for outdoor use and about the same as a gas bloer. i would not bother with the 18v blower, it cant do leaves well. the 18v weed whackers are fine for all but pro use. get the 40v expand it compatible power head and use all conventional gas expand it tools with the 40v. best thing going for outdoor tools is that 40v powerhead.

How does the quality of Ryobi hand tools, like the lineman pliers, compare to higher end brands like Klein?

...also, am I being punkd with an infinite scroll?
ryobi hand tools will be like irwin harbor freight etc. not pro level tools like klein etc

the 40v blower kit, worth it at $60?
its not the whisper model which I was hoping to get but it is only store pickup.
ryobi 40v blower is totally awesome and equal to gas blowers

Just starting on Ryobi tools. Are 18v or 40v the way to go?
18v for most, 40v only for yard tools but the 18v weedwhacker is fine for most. 40v bush whacker is much better than the 18v one as is the 40v blower.

Please tell me what is the same price as it was 3 years ago? What do they have at regular price that's cheaper than HD regular prices?
