I regularly make tofu 'bacon' strips and press three blocks at once. I fold a kitchen towel in thirds and place it on a half-sheet pan, then set my three blocks on the towel. I fold another towel in half, drape it over the tofu, then set a quarter sheet pan upside down on top. Then I place a 12" cast iron pan on top (or other heavy item). It' works great! I'd have a hard time justifying a unitasker like this item (both the expense and the storage space), but to each their own, I guess.

I like how in their own ad photos (pic #7 with the blue top), the glass/plastic rim is either broken or malformed.

I think that's actually a spout(not sure what the proper word would be) on the corner to drain liquid.

Oops! You're 100% right. It was really hard to tell from the angle on the pic I was looking at, but the next one it's actually labelled as such.
