Anyways add me to the list of rejections. Used the printable invoice from Walmart that clearly shows store, date, item, price, transaction #. Given that it took 2 days for a response, they must have some intelligent people manually verifying these.

For those rejections, I highly recommend calling out Fandango and KY on Twitter. No matter who the company is, grievances raised on Twitter almost always get a response. Works for me all the time. If you don't want to mention KY, you can just tweet to Fandango and comment on one of their tweets.
It's not worth the effort for this promo to be honest.

For those having an issue with submitting from Walmart online order, I went to my purchase history on my computer and printed the order details to PDF using their print option. I then just took a screen shot of the top portion of the first page with all the order details and submitted that.

Did you use confirmation as receipt? I went into my orders and clicked on get invoice and took picture of the invoice and it went through
