I noticed my WMT receipt has an extra leading 0 and is missing the 8 at the end, but a lot of people did get approved at WMT

I don't even like the KY brand. lol. Since it was aka Free thought I get it. Waste of my tine. Silicone-based works wonders.

Additional update, customer service provided me with a link that went directly to document upload. From there I was able to upload my digital receipts and within a couple days I was approved. I went to the website and claimed a gift card. Appears to have worked but they made me do some jumping through hoops due to poor streamlining or processing of requests/inaccurate rejections.

What did you actually send in for your photo for an online Walmart order? Walmart online order receipts via app or website don't even show UPCs, just the item name and price. I went as far as to copy/paste my "pickup confirmation" on the bottom of the order print receipt photo to show the same order #. The website did say to somehow post that also, even though you only get one photo. I don't know what other info they could want, so I also asked customer support.

I got the 5oz warming jelly since we like it. You can see what I uploaded, sans the blackout and arrow/text marks I made to show on here.

* I was denied and blacklisted in about 25 mins. I think they have their UPCs jacked up either way. Walmart/Amazon show a missing number that is not there on the K-Y "participating product UPCs" page, but we can clearly see it's the same barcode and numbers on the back of the item as their official website. Oh well, I guess they'll get back eventually.

I was concerned because of those being rejected for wrong UPC #.
I bought the cheapest KY in store at Walmart.
But the item number on the product and receipt was 6798109802
and the rebate is for 67981089028
But submitted this morning and it went through about an hour ago.
