This is a gaming laptop. On the Mac, you can't even start most games. And if you want to upgrade memory, or disk, or replace the battery on the Mac... well, good luck!

Hmm gotta research a bit. I had very good experience with Acer Chromebook 14 no issues at all...if it is a coomon problem it would be a sad news.
Asus already lost my trust. Hopefully not also Acer.

Its the older Ryzen not the 6th Gen and only 8 GB ram, looks like inflation is driving up the price. Refurbs with similar specs used to be go for $500 ish all day.
