Well for basic media consumption like watching YouTube , heck yes. It is enough.

Storing photos and videos? Nope.

It has A13 chip set and 3GB of RAM.

This will be supported until 2026.

Question is if 64gb is enough in todays world….
Even with the iCloud 200gb plan, I still question the 64….

This is a good deal. Thank you.

Now, will someone please also share deals about accessories like a budget keypad case/a magnetic flip case/Apple Pencil alternatives etc

Amazon seems overwhelming and hard to tell what's a good product AND also a good deal

Nice one. That must make sense to someone like yourself
they didnt say the shipping wasnt free. you just need to pay for a handling fee. someone got to get paid somehow for their not-so-free labor

Why in the world does everyone need so much storage on an iPad? Most users also have an iPhone and even an Mac. If so, Apple has you right in the palm of their hands by sharing every photo, every note, EVERYTHING you do across all of your devices, unless disabled. Which in turn eats up all you storage space. For most iPad users, its simply a way to access the internet. If you really want to store a ton of photos, music or even movies do it on an external drive, connect it to your iPad and away you go.

Here's the thing:

I'm a network engineer and I use the HELL out of my iPads. I keep one on my desk at work as a security kiosk, one I keep next to my bed for a morning newspaper, one in my work bag to run diagnostic apps- 64GB is more than enough.

Most people aren't taking photos or videos with an iPad, so local storage doesn't matter much. They're screens to consume web info.

If you use your iPad as a laptop, then by all means get the higher storage versions. If you're just using them for a few apps and browsing, you'll be lucky to use 32GB of that 64GB.

Poor investment in my opinion; in one to two years the operating system will occupy the entire hard drive, you won't be able to run any apps, and there won't be any more updates.
This is completely untrue. My 32GB iPad Air from 2014 is still getting updates and has about 12GB free. My mom is using it and it works great.

One could argue the same about any technological device tbh
Except his claim is just entirely false regarding this.

It only currently occupies about 8-13gb of your HD. No way in 1-2 years iOS is going to get so bloated that you couldn't even run the tablet.

Target price matched for me. Ymmv, but Target specifically lists Costco as an online retailer they will match.

I would get the newer iPads with the M-chips honestly, more future-proofed and worth the extra amount of money IMO.

Yes. Especially when most of your "stuff" is either in iCloud, OneDrive, or on your phone.

Check eBay, I was able to snag an official type cover open box for 30 bucks shipped, also picked up an Apple folding cover for less than 10 shipped to my house. Both have very small blemishes, thus why they are "open box" returns. But both function and work great. An Apple Pencil on the other hand is going to cost me. I have been watching them and used ones with a box and all accessories are brining $65+ in almost every instance. I keep dragging my feet as I don't really need one.

did they price match prior to purchase so you could then still apply red card 5%? thanks.. would be about $17.50 ($12.50 for the 5% and $5 less as free shipping) on the other hand Target has a 15 day return policy on it while Costco's is like 90...decisions decisions
