Just picked up a 2 port c rated at 45+100(140) for about the same price. I feel like this is better for utility(100 between the C's and 12 with the A) but the one I got is better for specialty stuff.

if you meant the 140w insignia deal from yesterday, that would be a much better deal as it comes with a 240w rated cable, which is pricy on its own

The cable is indeed the real value in that deal.
As a charger, I don't believe that the high wattage Insignia in the prior deal supported Programmable Power Supply (PPS). However, the charger in this deal supports PPS with sufficient current ratings to support either 25W or 45W Super Fast Charging (!).
I'm unclear on whether this charger supports PPS white using both USB-C ports. If so this could be the perfect fast charger for a couple with a pair of PPS-equipped phones.
I have 4 of these. Please note, it does not come with a cable. The previous "V30" series 112w black insignia charger they clearanced out a couple months ago did include a 5 amp / 100w cable with it.
It DOES have PPS and charges my Flip4 at 25w Super Fast Charging.
When only one USB C has a cord plugged in, it will output the full 100w to that one port. However, if there is another cord plugged into the other USB C port (even if the cord isn't plugged into anything) then it is limited to 45w each port.
It is not ideal for my setup, as I would rather it be 65w/35w for a computer on one port and a phone/tablet on the other, but I still like the charger.
I bought 4 of the 140w insignia chargers on sale the other day. In contrast, they DO output the full 100w to one port even when both ports are in use, BUT the drawback is that it claims to have PPS but it doesn't actually have PPS, and it doesn't have a USB A port.
In summary, the perfect charger would be a combo of the 112w and 140w but doesn't seem to exist yet outside the $110 anker charger which I would never pay.

Yes, it supports PPS and super fast charges using both ports. It maxes out at 45w per port when any cable (used or unused) is plugged into both ports.

You can pick up this Baseus 100w GaN one for $45.59 for a little while longer.

The use cases for the latter are marginal at best (since even the phones which support 45W SFC 2.0 don't meaningfully benefit from it vs. 25W SFC [androidauthority.com]). However, even the ability to support 25W SFC on both ports simultaneously would make the adapter a sort of "must have" accessory for a couple travelling with two capable devices.
Good luck!
Jon
