Gallium nitride, or GaN, is a material that's starting to be used for semiconductors in chargers. It was used to make LEDs starting in the '90s, and it's also a popular material for solar cell arrays on satellites. The main thing about GaN when it comes to chargers is that it produces less heat. Less heat means components can be closer together, so a charger can be smaller than ever before—while maintaining all the power capabilities and safety standards.

One USB-C port: 100W,5V/3A,9V/3A,15V/3A,20V/5A
Two USB-C ports: 30 W+65 W or 45 W+45 W (dynamic adjustment)
USB port: 12 W (5 V/2.4 A)
I have it. It's GaN. There was a lot of commentary on previous threads on BB missing the boat by not marketing this product right.

It's not heavy enough for what it does, cause it's GaN. This thing rocks.

"Devices like these are always telling you the total possible output. So (straight from its own manual) with one C-port in use, it's 100W, with both it splits either 30W/65W (I realize that's not 100W; I assume they do this to protect against over-draw?) or with dynamic adjustment it is 45W/45W. The A-port is always capable of outputting 12W regardless of the other ports."

Do you have a code to bring the price of the belkin that you linked down in price? You said about the same price but it shows $67 for me. Thanks.
