I was able to after calling and waiting an hour on hold to talk to a service rep. I placed an order on Friday and told them I wanted to cancel my order. The rep said the order is already tracking and she asked why I wanted to cancel it. I told her it's currently listed $200 cheaper. She said I'm glad you told me, I can refund you $200 and once it's been fully billed (I'm guessing that means delivered to my home), the $200 difference will be refunded back to my original payment method.

I very much dislike the fancy screen on my Nordic-track. It is unusable if you don't pay for the service.

If I could go back and do it again I would buy this one.

its the exact reason bought this. Fancy screens and technology will get outdated and cause more issues as they push firmware on wifi. this one is old tech , they cannot do planned obsolescence.

I don't know how it compares but let me help you a little. Take your fist and punch yourself as hard as you can in the gut. Then in the junk.. That is what it feels like to deal with their support. Now Nautilus might be just as bad.. I don't know yet.. but I can tell you I spent literally over 20 hours on hold trying to get my pro form bike fixed. 5 hours 17 minutes on hold once trying to get a manager to get a replacement bike because they took over 2 months. In the end I fixed it myself after they had sent a tech and lots and lots of parts and never could fix it.

Just found out Citi Costco removed their extended warranty benefit completely effective Jan 22, 2023. Not sure how they can do that without notifying customers properly. I thought it was going to 12 months instead of 24 but it's apparently completely gone! Wonder if I can call Nautilus and have them charge a different card?!

Looks like my Citi Costco card was already charged.

Is there any reasonably priced extended warranty worth adding to this like square trade ?

Don't know.. I think they offer an extended after they send it but I've read you should wait till the labor warranty is about to run out and supposedly they send some awesome deal.(read that on reddit somewhere). I used my Amazon chase which still has a 1 year extended but it really is nonsense they got rid of the 2 year. It's one of the main reasons I have a citi costco card and used to use it literally everywhere..

I have this, but it's fussy. Can anyone tell me why I'm always getting a safety key error? Thanks.

If your still in labor warranty could try calling for them to send a tech but also check the service manual that was posted earlier.

How is this treadmill for program, or being able to use a mobile app via bt to control the speed/incline for wide range of rograms? Have really good/strong treadmill today (bow flex series 7) but hardly ever use as I don't want to adjust speed /incline constantly?

Really looking for treadmill that will run one of those c25k programs….

From what I can see, the motor is actually 3.0CHP (the lawsuit tries to go deeper than that and that it's not even 3.0, but i'd trust the markings on the actual part more than marketing materials and what a lawyer is claiming): https://hydrafitnessparts.com/col...0770984090

For me that's still quite good for this price point.

Like others have pointed out, there's a big difference between HP and CHP.
