I'd like to ask them if they can bring it to my 2nd floor (with tip) but I don't even know if it'll be possible considering the size of the box. I have a stairlift on my stairs and I don't think the box would make it past it in a hand truck. 2 big strong men could carry it up fairly easily though.
The box is 350 pounds. I don't think I could lift that with someone else, especially with its odd sizing. I would definitely hurt myself. So I think I really just have to let it be delivered to my first floor and take it up piece by piece. The 200lb deck will be hard for me to do alone but I think I can manage a way. Or else I'm going to ask someone I see walking by my house. My neighbors are all old.

I was hoping I could just stand up the deck and kinda walk it up step by step, as long as it was wrapped up and protected in some way. But the size of it I'm sure is a challenge either way. If I need to ask my neighbor I think he'd be able to handle that with me. Otherwise it'll be a passerby.

But now knowing the deck is literally just a board, seems like a weird place to have cut corners in the first place. Although I guess on the bright side, worse case scenario if down the line I am out of warranty and can't find a cheap replacement, I could probably just make one.

Just a word of caution regarding the delivery…
They advised in their confirmation that the would deliver
Your machine will be delivered through the threshold, for example: your entryway or garage.
This is not the case…
The delivery company ABF will not deliver through the threshold only to a garage. Customer service is not interested in addressing this issue. If you are expecting this through the first threshold such as your front door, this will not happen.
