The corded one does fine for what it is, and I think the electric battery one will do similar.
1. Heavier snow will throw about 5-10ft. expecting 10-15-20ft for powder.
2. The cord really tethers you if you have a long driveway and have side walks to do. Likewise, in the cold, the cords get all stiff. Again, not a big deal, but it takes me 5-10 min extra to get the cords out and to wind them up. I need the extra time to get back to work vs. shoveling show. 15-20 min vs. 30-40 min. One is more noticeable.
