I tend to agree with this statement. But I was looking for that setup a month ago at 2 different Costcos in Bay Area and none could be found. So if you need one now, this is the best deal so far (from Costco). I will wait on it. Time sits on the buyer's side for desktops. I will expect nothing less than 32GB Ram and at least 3060ti for $1K or less.
