Tissot watch- A two-tone multifunction dial adds a contemporary polish to a sophisticated timepiece equipped with a reliable Swiss quartz movement to keep you reliably prompt.
So many pretty looking quartz watches...but the one thing that will never stop bugging me is the second hand that never aligns. Even in the product photos you can see that it's ever so slightly off. Is it really that difficult to rectify?
Good looking watch but I have enough quartz. Would be in if this is auto. An auto chrono like this at $400 would be awesome.

NBA version was like $120ish during BF in Ashford, which is authorized dealer. Only difference is watch back logo and band, which is easy to change. BTW, it looks difficult to change battery. It is not too ugly after getting used to it.
I picked up the NBA version cheap also... no way to tell it's an NBA model when it's on the wrist.
My only issue is that the band is 19mm, which looks pretty thin on a watch with a 42mm face. I like larger faces, but I'd also prefer a wider strap.

How difficult it is to rectify depends on your skill. Basically you need to remove the watch from it's case. Pull the battery to stop the watch. Remove the seconds hand. Then press it back into place in perfect alignment. Put the battery back in. check that alignment is to your liking. Then assemble the watch.
It can't be a parallax error when the photo is taken straight on.

I meant at the production level. I'm not going to spend the money on a watch to then mess with it. It's crazy to me that even watches from brands like Rolex and Omega suffer from this. I just don't understand it.
Auto chronograph watches are very expensive because of the complex movements. Seagull is pretty much the only company making reliable automatic movements at that pricepoint.
Can you explain more? What do you mean automatic movement?

Amen! If Casio can do it with $15 watches all day long and twice on Sunday, why can't everyone else??

I have a replica Rolex made in Turkey manufactured with some Chinese parts as well as locally sourced parts that I have been wearing almost every day for the past 5 years. It is Auto and has been dead reliable. The only thing that I don't like about it is that it gains 2 to 3 minutes every week and runs a bit fast. It has really good finish and I paid less than $200 for it.
How does that make you feel? Wearing a replica watch.. Wearing a fake watch makes you lie - how many times were you asked if it was real and you said yes? Tissot, Certina, Hamilton, Citizen and Seikos are better alternative. If you want to go a little over $1,000 you can even get a Tag Heur. Ditch the fake watch and purchase an inexpensive genuine Swiss watch if you want Swiss watches.

I think it depends on the viewing angle.
