These kinds of deals are what's going to make me switch from Xfinity to another carrier. They don't care at all about their current paying users. When your phone dies you have almost no choice but to look for another company unless you want to pay full price on a new phone.

This is completely false. They have good deals for current customers too. The Samsung Galaxy s23 is heavily discounted for current customers.
