But ebay money back guarantee!
No, antonline is genuinely doo doo.
I bought a laptop from them in December that was 110% DOA. Never turned on. Returned it and they took a 15% restocking fee. I opened up an ebay case asking them to revisit as it didn't seem fair and they sided with antonline.
I think due to their overall sales, ebay is less inclined to side with buyers.

Seriously? A new laptop? Was the restocking fee clearly listed?

Yep, brand new. Listing I purchased looks identical to this posting, as far as returns and restocking fees are concerned. (aka, non-existent, though their website does list additional terms)

Yo that other guy didn't need to be so snarky in his reply. The model you were thinking of has a 6800H processor, which has almost exactly the same performance as the 6900HX, so it really isn't that great a deal. So you are in fact correct.
Went in on the microcenter deal, differences in R7 vs R9 are so minimal, and the microcenter deal came with 32gb of ram for $1300. Overall, these are great laptops.

I bought the 6800H version of this from a previous deal from Antonline. It came well package and very quickly. I've had no issues with it in the week I've had it. I was a bit hesitant because I heard mixed reviews of the seller. Heard some DOAs but also painless returns. But also stories like the other commenter. I took a chance and I'm glad I did.
I added 32x2gb RAM sticks and it is an extremely solid laptop. This is primarily a work laptop for me, and the LIDAR processing software I use is RAM and processor intensive. The 6900HX was $30 more when I bought, but my research suggested it wasn't worth even that.
Thermals are really great compared to the last gaming laptop I had (Asus G15 with I think 11th gen Intel I7). I very happy with it. I was hitting 100fps on BF2042 this evening with the CPU humming along at 88c and the GPU at 73c.
Battery life is also what I would call very good for a gaming laptop, worlds better than that Asus. I really hated that Asus.
Antonline is a no no, I bought similar laptop and tried returning it due to cheaper deal I was getting, eBay suspended my account and there's no way I can return and get a refund. It's frustrating
A lot of people complained about getting laptops that had marks like oil spills. Not used or refurbished ones, the ones sold as brand new.
Not sure if they have improved, but lenovo has still got them as an authorized seller.

Probably not by a lot. I got the microcenter deal for around $1407 including taxes.
I don't think it'd go below that by a lot for similar specs for a while at least.
Prices have actually increased for amd advantage edn laptops (g14, legion 7 slim, legion 7 which is back in stock again), but amd + nvidia ones are still showing some discounts though not by a lot.
I think a lot of intel + nvidia ones would see discounted prices because there's no shortage of them. And they are indeed better if you're looking for desktop replacements.
