I like this charger and replaced my M1 Macbook Pro charger with this for easier travel. Just a reminder that to get the 100w from one port, you can't have other things plugged into it.
Here's a Charging Guide I typed out that references their photo on Amazon:
Single Port Charging:

I personally shy away from cheaper cameras because of nonsense like this, but I don't have as much of an issue with buying the chargers that still seem to be of very high quality.
also, afaik, the issue was that they were uploading stills (not entire videos) of surveillance that was being detected and uploading it to their servers when a user would opt for the "full experience", which would in turn include a still image of what got picked up on the camera. in comparison, when other options were chosen, it would exclude the still image in its notification/alert to you. this contradicts their boasts of your data being locally stored vs. cloud stored, or uploaded off-site/onto the interwebs/a server that is not your own, and claims that your "data" is encrypted, for use only by you and who you deem trustworthy. Not as bad as uploading an entire video capture, but still, dishonest. as mentioned, their handling of the situation (denying denying denying) is what has discredited them in the community, moreso than if they would've just stayed accountable to their mistakes.
The concern with this breach of privacy is that Anker/eufy is a Chinese company, and many of the reservations one would have would be attributed to that, taking into consideration how their government operates.
I still use their cams for now, but it does leave a bad taste in my mouth. not sure I would trust them in a business or commercial environment; or a private environment, for that matter.
I use it as a travel charger (laptop, switch, phone, and Garmin watch in USB A) and for my secondary switch dock at home.
I'm going to spend the extra 20 bucks and get this for $47 off eBay

many companies in the surveillance space have had some sort of breach/security flaw, whether cheap or expensive, new or reputable/established (eg. eufy, wyze, axis, etc); how they deal with their bad press/their flaws is a decent indicator of how they operate as a company. I can't really think of any "good" cheap brands. if it's cheap, it's Chinese and/or no good. if it's "good," chances are it's not cheap and/or Chinese. Not to say that the Chinese can't produce decent items, but there will always be the potential of it being loaded with some sort of phone-home/snooping coding unless the community can test and inspect the hardware extensively.
at the pace at which technology advances and hardware gets released, sometimes it isn't worthwhile to spend the time doing it. it may be better time spent to just pay more for reputable brand(s). everything is paid for in either time or money; in many instances, time is money, so it's up to you to determine what's your best approach to solving an issue like this.
in regards to power chargers, which is what this thread is about, you're going to be fine with this brand or ugreen. I personally like the quality of ugreen better, but as someone else mentioned, they are newer to this space and may not be as reputable. short of the security issue w Anker/eufy, I've seen them at Costco and other big box stores, so they must not be too terrible. Some Anker /eufy stuff I've purchased in the past have seemingly been ok, other have felt pretty cheap. not sure what that's about, but there are definitely inconsistencies in QA with Anker/eufy. I can't say I've used enough ugreen stuff to make the same type of assessment, but the cables, chargers, outlets Ive purchased have seemed to be ok
