Ordered 2/12 a S23U black.
Initial delivery between 2/28 and 3/6.
It changed to 2/22-23.
Then it changed to 3/2-3/3

The initial authorization dropped but today 2/19 I see it back on the credit card.

I have refreshed more times that I am comfortable admitting.

I am in SoCal.

I took the fi sim out right away after placing a couple test calls and texts. Using two other carriers
And is the offer still applying to you? Can I remove my sim card from Google Fi and use at&t?

Yep, same here. Seeing the dropped transaction again as "pending auth reversal"

Can you invite/bring in someone that already has an active Fi line? Furthermore, if that person's Fi phone is still on a promo, will a plan change from single plan into a group plan disqualify the ongoing promo?
They will not get the promo. You need to port a number that hasn't been with fi or upgrade with current fi that doesn't already have a promo.

This is basically me but the authorization charge dropped and hasn't reappeared yet. With a new exp delivery of 3/1-3/2, I hope this isn't a sign of another delay.

Using chrome on S22 Ultra. Desktop mode, in landscape. I mean, it's not rocket science.
Of course it's not rocket science. But it is awfully inconvenient considering we're in 2023.

Mobile pages with a search thread capability. That's a novel idea. Maybe I'll patent that. Oops, too late. Virtually everyone else has it.

I was not disrespecting those that helped.

On the contrary, I was disrespecting no one. Because I put a :-) which absolves me.

So I understand not putting the google fi sim in a different device after first activating it on the s23 but can I freely swap between 2 sims (fi+ my original att) in the s23? Leaving on an international flight soon and since ill be paying for 4 months of fi anyway figured I can use their international data if needed.

Questions for anyone who has experience with group plans...

I have account A with an S23 ordered as an existing Fi member, and has about $150 Fi credit from referrals and excess trade-ins. Account B completed an S22 promo earlier this month and currently has its Fi service paused; it has $35 in Fi credit.

1) Can I unpause acct B to make it active again, join acct A as a group plan, use acct B to order an S23 with the current promo, and use their combined Fi credits toward their group plan?

2) Will the promo for the S23 in acct A be voided because it's changing from a single-user plan to a group plan?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I wouldn't trust the rep on that. If you order a phone using acct A and activate it using acct B, then account B has no record of that phone being ordered and the associated checklist (in Billing-->Fi Savings-->In Progress) to check off items like activation, port in, stay on Fi, etc. Meanwhile, acct A will show that phone being ordered/delivered but not activated (under account A); after 30 days from shipment, the promotion fails and they'll charge you for the $600 discount. For your sake, I hope I'm wrong.

After you activate the phone under account B, if you don't see items being checked off FOR THAT PHONE in Billing-->Fi Savings-->In Progress in either account A or account B, contact Fi support and initiate a return before 15 days are up.
Two reps said the same thing, but thanks for the heads up, I will definitely make sure that the checks appear and if not I will end up returning to avoid the charge if the promo fails.

Please keep us posted. I'd like to know if the reps are right or wrong. Thank you.

If the reps are wrong, their wrong answers could cost people big money.

"There was no phone inside. Just a Lexus key fob. The box looked like it was opened and taped back up."

The thieves are not outside, but inside the system.

My trade-in to Samsung (via Hyla mobile) - Note 9 was stolen. Samsung waived the charge. Again, thieves are inside the system and harder to catch. Return shipment doesn't have much protection.

My trade-in to Samsung (via Hyla mobile) - Brand New (never used) Watch3 LTE was stolen. But since the trade-in update took more than 2 months from the receipt of my trade-in, Samsung didn't charge me. Thieves everywhere.

If you activate the FI/at&t using the esim then you should be able to use both of them at the same time.
