Did you order your S23 as an existing Fi member? I did, and I didn't have to port in a number, hence no entry for Port In A Number in my checklist. See screenshot in my post #4553 above yours.

This is what my counter is showing as of 6:25pm Central, Feb 28. Activated around 5pm on Feb 23.
Quick question , I used my personal email to get google fi service and buy the S23 Ultra, can I use that same email when I switch sim cards and insert my cricket sim?, also should I factory reset or just delete the google fi app?

I did as a previous Google Fi customer. Thats how I got my S22.I fulfilled terms and old Fi number was no longer valid. Was good that previous customers were valid for this deal.

You don't have to reset the phone, but I'd definitely uninstall the Fi app. It's a "nosy" app, and I suspect it "calls home" whenever your phone is online via WiFi or Data. Whichever email address you use doesn't matter. My current email address in my S23 is not the email used to purchase the phone. I'm using a different Google account on the S23 too.

You might check and verify the phone number on your S23. It might be your number from your S22 since it didn't show a port in.

I activated my S23U with my Fi sim card. I am an existing user, so no porting here. But I am not seeing the status change under Fi Savings - "Activate the device within 44 days" is not checked. How long does it take to update?

I have a weird problem. I ported number from a straighttalk account. It took a few days, finally today the Google Fi app says "activated the device". However, it already says "didn't transfer a number to fi". I am only able to make a phone call one time in a few hours. Rest of the time it just says my connection is restricted. I really don't need to service, I just want to make sure the promo can be fulfilled. I contacted help desk and they escalated the issue. But I wanted to check if anyone faced a similar issue.

Just to clarify on the s23 ultra we can keep the fi sim in so it shows it's active if we want and use the esim for TMobile and set TMobile as primary for calls and data right? This shouldn't cause any issues.

I used my personal email to get FI service and buying the S23, and I am planning to use the same email to login into the S23 when I insert my cricket sim
