2. I don't know if this is app related, the tablet doesn't recognize the lowest brightness when using my Smarters app in dark lit rooms. This doesn't happen on my Pixel 7.
3. When I am using Dual Apps, there are times, when one of the apps will close when I rotate my tablet inadvertently.
I can't think of anything else for now, but I will say that I use my tablet mostly for videos when I travel. Netflix, Disney+, BBC iPlayer, Youtube, Smarters... Etc.
EDIT: it also only has 4GB of RAM.... so not a great deal

I think you may have mixed it up with some other model. This tablet is not slow - very decent mid range tablet and afaik did not have a 3GB model.

1st incident - running in boot loop
I ended up download the Lenovo rescue software to replace the tab OS.
2nd incident - battery drain and not able to boot up and charge.
I have tried many ways to wake it up including using rescue software. No luck. Sitting on my desk stone cold.

If this was a common thing I am sure we would have lots of threads outlining these issues. I have had this tablet since November 2021, never had any of the issues you described. There are some UI quirks and the tablet will not receive updates past the Android 12 release. Order than that not really much to complain about at this price point. Screen, sound, touch response, performance all of those are good if not great considering the price and the mid range hardware.

The p11 plus is a better performer. M10 plus 3rd gen might get some future updates as it was recently released. I guess if the price was better on the m10 plus 3rd gen, then it would be a better buy considering the price. I snagged one for $130 for the kids, that was a good deal.
Last year they did, it was around $180 for Black Friday 2021

This is a common problem on the Lenovo forum. The first Android 12 update completely bricked my p11. Since I bought it refurbished it took me months to get them to fix it. The Lenovo rescue tool was no help.

That is when I bought mine. And I still think you confused it with a different model. There is no reference of the p11 plus having 3gb of ram. Gsmarena also lists only the 4gb variants...
Perhaps I had a Pro, or some other variation... Lenovo had several versions of the P11
