Got one of these last year. Hated it. I'm 5'11 and it seems to be made for someone a few inches shorter. Very uncomfortable to use.

I can attest to this, we had similar shovels when I worked for the Forest Service and I (6'3") could not comfortably use them at all. My crew lead was a solid foot shorter than me and she loved them.
I did find that they work quite well for clearing snow off elevated surfaces (fuel tanks, gates, uphill, etc)

Lowes had these as a Cinderella deal twice for $20 free shipping. I've only had to use it once on very light snow and it worked better than a regular shovel for that.
