This is a great buy. Disappointing that this movie never had the Doby Atmos sound profile though.

20th century fox is owned by Disney….Disney doesn't like putting Atmos on the BD and only puts it on the 4K.

I would suggest waiting for a better deal for the 4k, it has been lower.
The object based soundtrack is marginally better & only in certain spots.
How good/proper your setup is plays a role also.
The BD version is a good soundtrack.

Unfortunately Disney has started to leave the object based soundtrack off their disc also.
It's only added to their digital version in some cases.
Disney also hasn't put out a good transfer in awhile especially on the AQ side!

This movie does have Atmos, you just have to get the 4K version. Or at least the digital 4K version has Atmos.

Thank you for clarifying that another version has Atmos. I have the standard Dolby surround version, which does not include Atmos. I still enjoy it, however, this experience has taught me the importance of double-checking for these features in the future. While some people may prioritize visuals, I personally place a high value on sound codecs. It was a good realization for me to understand that the sound quality can also vary in different visual versions. I had previously assumed that 4K video was the only aspect that differed from HD to 4k, but now I know to consider sound codecs as well.
