Huggies cost/diaper ($70.01/280 diapers) = $.25/diaper
Costco brand (regular) cost/diaper ($44.99/198 diapers) = ~$.23/diaper
Costco brand (sale) cost/diaper ($35.99/198 diapers) = ~$.18/diaper
Costco brand diapers (both regular and sale price) are cheaper than this Huggies sale. Both can be bought online for free delivery, no need for the "yes, but I have to drive to Costco..." comments.
Edit#1: add "YBMV" (your baby may vary) since all are different and some might prefer Huggies over Costco or vice versa. Baby's needs > cost
Edit #2: updated math, since I accidentally used size 3 numbers for math (3 has 222/box vs 4 has 198/box). Costco still cheaper in both instances 🙂

As a better comparison it looks like these Huggies come out to 0.25c/diaper while the Kirkland Little Movers Size 4 when it's on sale is $42/174 = 0.24c/diaper. The Costco exclusive Huggies are slightly nicer I believe, but the different is more or less negligible.
This is still a decent deal considering if you have the Prime card you would get 5% CB as well.

FWIW, my family used both brands and we find Kirkland to be every bit as good as the name brand and noticeably lower cost. Every baby is different
