FYI, the newest brushed model from Ryobi (PCL265K1) advertises max torque of 375 ft./lbs; real world torque is closer to 350 ft./lbs (Source: Torque Test Channel [youtube.com]), which is pretty darn good for home use. Recently on sale for $99 as a kit (w/ battery).

Folks at multiple stores have told me factory blemished is new, just can't say new because of ryobi's deal with HD. I've bought quite a few online and in store and all have been brand new. Some even had the HD paperwork in it. Factory refurbished is the returns and refurbished stuff.

It twisted sideways and tore up the brush holder and all the plastic around it.
As far as the email went, it was my only option as I can't call during their hours.
Order finally shipped and got an email from TTI with a $24 price match refund. Checked credit card statement and it's there. Calling was definitely worth it for me, YMMV.
