You should have two tabs open, one with the $99 original poster deal and one with the $15 a month plan for $25. Refresh now you can checkout with the phone and plan for $49 total.

Regarding auto-activation / autopay - if you ported in a number, you are probably safe.
If you chose to get a new number, then your service will activate automatically and you will need to chat/call to cancel autopay. (It seems like chat is easier than calling)

Note that one has a 3rd party battery, as I got the warning, and the other has battery health of 83%. I'm guessing they replace the battery if health is less than 80%.
I don't think there was a color option; both phones I got are black.
I set up both phones on wi-fi before inserting a sim card and checked the sim status in the settings. Then I inserted a non-Boost sim to test. I tested with Cricket and Mint sims and both worked fine.
The bodies of each had minor scuffs and scratches, with the screens in very good condition. Screens also appeared to be original, as the "true tone" option is available on both. Face ID worked fine on both as well.
They came in plain white boxes with a Boost sticker on top and had an OEM usb-a lightning cable with a generic charging brick. (if it's not an OEM cable, it sure looks and feels like one)
$100 is a killer deal for a used, unlocked iPhone Xr, and this one includes 3 months of coverage.

Did get it for $51 shipped (if it ships). Though $14 would have been much slicker

Phone came sim unlocked with OEM screen and I was able to setup existing eSim service transferred over without issues.
Thanks for the insight as this enticed me to pick up this promo!

tried a usbank amex citi and citi virtual
same for metro tmobile declined also and card card company said no blocks and tried my wifi and cell phone ip
For $50 I'll be ok with a third party screen or old battery but just seems like a crapshoot and not much quality control,
