Does this version have the two rollers - one for carpet and a soft roller for hard floors? The product description does not mention the roller or rollers? Thanks for any info!

I just found that only the tango model has the two brushes. Sorry for the question. I would delete it but can't figure out how to do it.

The base model is actually the "Spartan". The Pure One S11 is the same as the "Spartan" except it also includes a Mini Power Brush and a Pre-Filter Cleaning Tool. The "Tango" is the same as the "Spartan" except it also includes a Mini Power Brush, a Soft-roller Power Brush (specialized cleaner head for doing hard floors), and a Pre-Filter Cleaning Tool. We have the "Tango".

I bought a $350 Tineco A11 from Amazon a few years ago. It's absolute garbage - barely enough suction for cat litter and both batteries are near end-of-life. Haven't even used it that much - I'd say 100 relatively short sessions maximum. LG makes the only cordless vacuum I've been happy with.

I bought the one Tineco below A11 a few years ago, it would leave a path of debris and dust when trying to vacuum along floor boards. Returned it right away.

Ended up with an LG A9, which was amazing for one year, but on year two it seems like it has half the suction even with monthly cleaning Frown

I bought it with the last Spartan deal. But I also purchased the soft roller brush and the pre-filter cleaning tool. We have a lot of hardwood floor and use the soft roller brush 80-90% of the time.

The Tineco website had a spinning wheel which allowed you to get discount codes by entering a random email address which I used for the cleaning tool. Not sure if this is still on.

The soft roller brush I bought on Amazon when it was available there. Unfortunately I missed a deal there because I waited to long. Paid the $100 full price instead of $80 or so.

I also have the A9. Still going strong after 2 years of light use. Fingers crossed

We've had our A10 hero for 3 years and have been satisfied for what it is: the lightest of lightweight stick vacs. Battery is showing it's age, but we use it every single day.

Also, the version called the S11 "Dual" at Best Buy is essentially the Tango with two differences/upgrades.
I bought the Tango and my in-laws bought the Dual. The Tineco customer service rep said the Dual version is essentially the same but has a newly designed tube and a new carpet brush which is anti-tangle.

Lastly, for those reading comments about the "A" line, the "A" line and the "S" line are not the same. The "S" line has dust detection that auto senses the level of cleaning needed and adjusts accordingly, is a bit more powerful, and has app integration for informing you when you need to perform various maintenance tasks.

To me, the huge benefit of the S11 for hard surfaces is the soft roller you get with the more expensive Tango or Dual versions. It's wonderful. I never use the other roller (I don't have carpet), and it doesn't scatter anything.

I'm pretty sure you can buy soft rollers and replace the brush on the head

You don't need two heads just two rollers

For $168 it's a good deal

I don't think that's right. The soft roller head has a wide notch in the front to let larger pieces like Cheerios in. I'm not sure why the s11 is so popular if you have to swap out heads to cover a mix of rugs and hardwood. The review sites seem a little too one dimensional to me. Rtings.com is better in that respect, I suppose.

I use the regular brush on the S11 and it works fine on hard floors

Some people want their vacuum to do more than vacuum

I bought two A10-Ds from Walmart and have subjected it to daily use to combat a constantly-shedding Shiba Inu. The battery has started to lose a bit of capacity but still has great suction! I've just changed the pre-filter and HEPA filter and it feels almost as strong as Day 1.
