I've never seen this flavor. I usually only get the regular or bagel mix, but this looks more like a sweet treat. I'm probably better off not knowing if this is really good so I don't get into eating it more LOL
Oh, I ordered this before with subscribe and save and my bag was beat to hell. They're so terrible packing those boxes and they let heavier items bang into items like this.

I think I had Chex Mix about half a century ago. If I did then the current Chex Mix is very different. It is (now) as sweet as candy, right? It was not like that originally. Back then food companies used a greater variety of stuff to give flavor to food, instead of just sugar, salt and hot spices. Granola is another one that is very different from the 60s and 70s.
The stuff in this deal is probably "as sweet as candy", but they still sell "traditional" flavor as well, which isn't sweet. That said, if you have fond memories of chex mix from 50 years ago, surely that was homemade stuff. You can easily find the original recipe online.
