though there are a lot of people who argue the stock cooler that 5600x processor comes with to begin with is just fine even for gaming... you'll have to do your own research and make up your mind on that one
Honestly I personally have no idea how well this would cool the amd ryzen 7 , 5700x which is on sale for $179 as another slickdeals poster kindly pointed out

and pre rebate price this does fall into the $30 or so price range Kman says is all you need for the 5700x on sale.
Regarding the rebates... normally you can "print" out stuff as a pdf (just choose pdf as the option instead of actually printing it out) so I would do that and save pdf's of the rebate form they have you complete and print out online.. take pictures of the UPC code, make sure you can retrieve a pdf of the amazon invoice (shouldn't be too hard just log into your amazon account and get it

set a reminder to go off at the date cooler master says you'll get the rebate by (they'll give you an expected date)

and email them (they give a phone number and/or email address you can reach their rebate department at on the form you print out to mail in ) if your rebate hasn't arrived... on rare occasions I've had to fax over a resubmission of my rebate stuff (they would accept say a printout of the upc code you saved as a picture on your phone and a printout of that invoice and rebate form pdf you saved earlier) ... you can fax stuff for free online from windows (fax zero has done a great job for me several times)

Sometimes they lie about how long the rebate takes and it arrives a month or two after they said it would... did they shoot you an email you can use to check the status of your rebate?
