Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

Did you place the order yourself and they submit a price match ticket? That's usually how it goes. But for me, they said yes it is fine to price match and then proceed to ask me my name and phone number to look up my account. It's taking awhile for this back and forth.
