Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

Most of you know others do not. Tigerdirect was many decades ago a well known retailer much like CompUSA, Circuit City, etc those days are gone, fast forward today they are more of a re-seller and do sell products, but they mainly will hook you on the special purchase offers and their stock often is quite limited so there system will take orders only to let you down.

There are valid reasons why they are no longer considered a reputable retailer.

Took an hour to connect to BB chat and they said they don't price match TigerDirect.com. I even showed them link from bb which clearly lists tigerdirect.com and then the chat got disconnected. I guess the chat agent doesn't want to pm this.
