Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. So originally I called my local Best buy store and that was who told me it couldn't be done over the phone and I had to come into the store to do it and the deals had to be active while I was there. But I took a chance and called back to the 800 number and waited about 10 or 20 minutes and the guy put the deal through for me still so that was at 1:03 p.m.
