Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

Ordered full price on BB.com and got booted when I did chat for price match under support and cancel option. Phone says they aren't doing price match today and to call back tomorrow. Now those options are grayed out under my order. Wtf
