Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

Called and ordered 1 ipad and 1 m1 at bestbuy via pricematch. The rep sent me a link to pay. Now when checking bestbuy accout order information this is what I see:

We've canceled your order and are processing your refund. It can take us up to 48 hours to process refunds for retail orders.

BB answered call (after 30 minute wait)":

"This is Michael from Best Buy, we don't match Ipads from retailers who sell them through third party vendors, how can I help you today?"

This guy was definitley American. Are you all getting overseas call center reps for recent price matches?

Edit/Update 1:57 pm EST: This time on hold for 15 minutes and got a BB rep at an Indian call center.

"Currently we can not verify online pricematch for 10.9" ipad from Tiger Direct. Please take a screenshot and take it to your BB store, and they can help you."

No luck at Best Buy. Company-wide memo was just sent out and customer reps are pissed. You're probably better off trying at a physical store.
