Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. You can Order through TigerDirect and it has 14 day return policy, if you are skeptic about it purchase through Paypal so you are not giving your credit card details and covered for return. just my 2 cents
