Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

also, this at the bottom of the page is pretty idiotic....

"TigerDirect Business is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice."

so they can really think that they can ship a different model for this same price and we have to live with it? I know how difficult it is to return to TG....

if you used paypal, paypal would take care of return/refund if they send wrong item or refurb

i have screenshots of everything for this very reason. TG actually has two pending charges on my CC for a single order.

I probably should have put this on my Amex Platinum though, instead of the chase business ink to go towards my spend requirements for the rewards.

I used to do pricing for an e-commerce company. One day the Excel sheet I uploaded shifted by one row, so the pricing on everything was ridiculous. I got a call from my boss on the weekend asking what happened and I'm not sure if they ended up shipping those price errors or not, but he made it sound like they had to. The product titles were correct but the prices were off. Could be something similar here. There was also that crazy Sandisk SSD 4TB deal with Adorama that got cancelled.
