However, they can cancel your order and refund you if it hasn't shipped yet. That's what I'm expecting to happen to my order.
I am 100% confident both units will arrive with no problems at all.
I am shocked at how much negativity, pessimism and downright lies and deception has flooded SD. I have been a member of SD for many, many years. But now ya gotta ignore like 75% of the posts because they are negative soothsayers and deceivers. What a miserable lot they are! Don't let them spread their misery to you!
They feel unfulfilled unless they make someone else as miserable and negative as they are! How sick is that?
I think the majority of them don't work and in some perverted way they derive pleasure in spreading the chronic, toxic and deadly negativity. Don't let them infect you!
Yeah, threadcapping has gotten pretty bad. Every deal is a bad deal rather than a slickdeal -- wait for BF, no, BF sucks, wait for it to go lower, the mods are shilling, you should spend more money for something else, etc.
I mean, I guess there is some value to have buyer's remorse before remorse but sometimes you pull on the long shots because, meh, slot machines actually cost money and sometimes they do payout.
Congrats to the BB price matchers. It appears to have been a successful strategy if you got it in early as are all YMMV plays. If I had cared enough about a iPad to spend the time doing it I would have. But Saturday, amiright? I'm content for seeing if TD fulfills any of these orders and, if not, was a few minutes of fun. Seems like you can get last year's model for around 250 everywhere regardless.
Besides this is all smallball. More money out there for mastering basic personal finance, index investing, and doing a side hustle.

Check my post history, I'm no alarmist and I upvote and comment on plenty of good deals, including this one. But to have "100% confidence" as if that's noble, is foolish. There are already examples of people NOT getting their price matches honored, despite having it agreed to and picking up the items, in this very thread.
Of course we all hope for the best, but don't act like you're above it just because of some misplaced confidence when evidence points to the contrary.
