I have a version similar to this for my headaches. Works well via compression and cold therapy however it does not stay cold for very long, maybe 15-20 minutes. this is also pretty much the normal pricing. they all do the same thing, just go for the cheapest
I got it last time it was on sale. It works for my migraines, but as others have said, it doesn't last very long. I like the compression part more than the cold part, actually. Good price, buy 2 so that you can alternate. Also, keep it in a ziplock bag (or the bag it comes in), so that it doesn't absorb all the smells from your food in the freezer. You don't want to smell that lasagna from last week, when you have a migraine
I have this. It's quite nice for temporary relief. Can just go around your forehead area if the pressure on your eyes is uncomfortable during certain migraines.

Got a two pack of these (same brand, but they do appear to all be identical or nearly so) back in October on Amazon for $28. My girlfriend loves them for her migraines. Can confirm they don't last super long, so two (or more) to rotate is definitely helpful. I just sent her this to see if she wants another.
They're also not bad in a pinch for a generic ice pack to wrap around something else. Soft and flexible and not TOO cold.
As others have said it's good for shirt term congestion relief. It gets really cold. I prefer the mask style as they stay on my sinus pressure points better
I get horrible migraines that make me nauseous and vomit at times. Two Advil, Tylenol or Aleve doesn't work. I have to go to bed and sleep it off. 😩
I know how you feel, unfortunately. For me, magnesium tablets (250 mg dosage) have been a great help, taken right when I start feeling that the migraine is coming. My doctor recommended them, and I must say they have improved the situation quite a bit. Of course, this is not medical advice, but talk to your doctor (now I sound like one of those commercials haha) and see if they might be an option for you.
I have the same one. It's nice quality, but I would say it's better for heating instead of cooling. The cooling does not last quite long. I use both sides, also upside down, in order to get all the cold. And do put it in a ziplock when you put it in the refrig. It can absorb the smell. You won't like it when it's on your head.
But I actually recommend the cold patch for fever. I buy the child version from Walmart like $4 for 6 patches. Long last effect. Good for migraines.

For sinus pressure, would recommend cold or heated?

That one only covers the front. There are others that covers front and back for $10

Wouldn't you want to use a NeilMed (saline nasal sinus rinse) bottle instead of a compression wrap?
