I have the power cutter. It's alright, but all of them have a pretty big design flaw allowing the blade to jump over the bottom part and jam up.

Can't really tell from the pics, but does it look like you can remove the guard? At least, without damaging the tool...

If you remove it then it won't really work. Think of it like electric scissors. The bottom part has the second blade and the spinning blade makes contact with that which is where you cut is done.

....take this somewhere else. People posted useful information about this deal being cheaper before. That in itself is useful. Just because it wasn't posted as deal before in slickdeals doesn't make it less helpful. Even after the screenshot was posted you're still here ranting.


Regarding the deal, I bought these last time and returned. I have a lot of the 18v tools and most of the 40v for landscape but was not a fan of these usb ones. Not sure what I was expecting
